Star Wars Night At Turner Field

The Atlanta Braves are hosting a Star Wars Night, finally!



Here's all the information.

In celebration of the release of Star Wars: The Complete Saga in Blu-ray, join us at Turner Field on Friday, September 16th for Star Wars™ night as we use the Force for good to Stand Up To Cancer. Star Wars™ themed sights and sounds will take over the ballpark making for a night that no Jedi (or Sith) will want to miss! Special discounted tickets are available, and include a donation to Stand Up To Cancer.

* Meet your favorite Star Wars Characters in Fan Plaza from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

* Dress as your favorite Star Wars Character to march in a pre-game parade around the field

* Friday Night Fireworks presented by Publix will be shot to Star Wars themed music

* Star Wars graphics and music will be featured throughout the game

Here are the prices for the event, which is worth it for two reasons. A, part of it goes back to Stand Up for Cancer. B, it's a great deal.

Upper Box- $10, normally $18.

Outfield Pavilion- $20, normally $28.

This year, it just so happens to be with the release of the Blu-Ray, but the Braves hope to make it an annual tradition. Characters will be used throughout the game, including escorts for the VIP's, possibly throwing out the first pitch, and during the games. This should be a fun event.
