U-S-A! U-S-A!

The United States retains the all-important Mustard Belt as Joey Chestnut set a new world record in the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest with 68. That's 68 hot dogs and buns consumed in 10 minutes.

You can watch the post competition interview on ESPN here .

I celebrated by having my own hot dog eating contest. I downed a Nathan's dog with Hormel chili in about 6 minutes with Lays potato chips and Publix brand ginger ale.

I still have a ways to go to catch up with Joey.

Congratulations Mr. Chestnut and Go America!
